Please be informed that AVAST Anti-Virus has mistakenly identified the GameGuard program as a virus software. This has prevented GameGuard from being able to successfully load and therefore, has prevented users of AVAST from accessing the game.Upon the request of INCA (the developers of GameGuard), AVAST has been informed and will fix this issue as soon as possible. Affected users are suggested to refer to the below workaround solution to avoid mis-diagnosis: The Solution: 1. Open the AVAST Anti Virus Command Centre 2.Double click the AVAST icon on the Window Tray Bar 3. Click the "Details..." button on "On-Access Scanner" 4. Choose "Standard Shield" from the list of Installed providers 5. Click the "Advanced" tab when the Resident task settings window pops up 6. Click the "Add" button and insert the below sentence onto the "Modify Path"*\dump_wmimmc.sys 7. Click "OK" and try to run the game againPlease note that this is a temporary solution for avoiding the mis-diagnosis.
